To assist and advise the Board of Directors of the Palmetto Hall Plantation Owners' Asociation in the interpretation and enforcement of the Covenants and Restrictions according to their letter and spirit. To assist and advise with respect to any proposed amendment to the Covenants in such a manner so as to fostor the general welfare of the property owners and enhance property values.
