Palmetto Hall Plantation is a non-resort gated community with 523 lots of which 429 are developed properties. The Palmetto Hall Property Owners Association (PH POA) is proud of the beauty of our plantation and our strong community spirit. Our close-knit community encompasses all ages from retired individuals to new-born infants.
Located within the plantation, is The Palmetto Hall Plantation Club (PHPC), which has two 18 hole golf courses: the Arthur Hills Course and the Robert Cupp Course, two tennis courts, a pool with a pavilion and a beautiful southern-style clubhouse. Membership is required. The PHPC and the PH POA are 2 separate organizations but work together to provide property owners/members the best possible experience.
In order to make a community like Palmetto Hall operate at its best, the Palmetto Hall Plantation Owners Association (PHPOA) has a set of Covenants, By-Laws and Architectural Review Board Standards that help govern the day-to-day operations. These documents provide the basis for policy development and decision making by the Board of Directors (BOD), which is made up of 7 elected Owner Volunteers that meet monthly. In addition to the BOD, the PH POA has an office with support staff.
This website is maintained by the PH POA and we hope that it is useful and will provide as many answers as possible to your everyday questions about the Plantation. If not, please feel free to drop by or call the POA Office, located at 11 Palmetto Parkway, Suite 201 (telephone 682-4182) during our normal business hours. The office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
