WELCOME TO Palmetto HallPalmetto Hall Plantation is a non-resort gated community with 523 lots of which 378 are developed. The Plantation has two great 18 hole golf courses, the Arthur Hills Course and the Robert Cupp Course, two tennis courts, a pool and pavilion and a beautiful southern-style clubhouse. The Property Owners Association (POA) is proud of the beauty of our plantation and our strong community spirit. Our close-knit community encompasses all ages from (long) retired individuals to new-born infants. In order to make a community like Palmetto Hall operate at its best, we have a set of Covenants, By-Laws and Architectural Review Board Guidelines that help to govern our day-to-day operations. These documents provide the basis for policy development and decision making by the selected Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is committed to continuing to make Palmetto Hall the premier community in Beaufort County, and we know that you have the same goal for your investment. This website is maintained by the POA and we hope that it is useful and will provide as many answers as possible to your everyday questions about the Plantation. If not, please feel free to drop by or call the Palmetto Hall Plantation Owners Association Office, located at 11 Palmetto Parkway, Suite 201 (telephone 682-4182) during our normal business hours. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
